Hey! Thanks for visiting my bio!. A little about me, I’m a MOM first & foremost. Professionally I’m a nutrition coach, marketing manager & reserve deputy sheriff 👮🏼 ! I was full time for 6 hrs & have been reserve for 10.

I’m a lot patriotic, a little bit controversial (ok a lot 🤷🏻‍♀️) but working hard at sharing the TRUTH in today’s crazy world while motivating as many people as I can as I journey through single motherhood in my late 40s!

As a nutrition coach, I teach people BALANCE & how to quit trying to find that quick fix (aka diet). I battled an eating disorder, thyroid disease & depression for 20+ years & having beat it all NATURALLY without medication while getting in the best shape of my life after two 🤰🏻 babies, I’d love to help others achieve the same.

Im blessed beyond measure. I may not have it ALL but I have all I NEED. And with God on my side, my Faith ✝️ is my strength, I can do ANYTHING!
